| Spicy* sausage and chickpea pittas (for 2) |

Ingredients: 4 sausages 1 avocado tin of chickpeas small box of mushrooms pitta bread curry powder/cayenne pepper/tabasco/other spicy compliment (optional)
First start frying the sausages in whatever oil you've got, obviously olive is best but sunflower ain't bad for those on a budget. you're gonna be frying these sausages for about 10-12 minutes, so after the first 5/6, throw in the mushrooms and the chickpeas too. fried chickpeas?! that's right!! be warned they will pop and jump out of the pan like nobody's business, so be careful... now's the time to throw in your cayenne pepper or whatever if you want to, maybe drizzle a bit more oil over the chickpeas, not too much though innit...while it's all sizzling chop up the avocado, when the sausages are done bung it all in the pittas (which you may or may not want to toast) ... et voila!
